"This could ruin your business"
Extremely dependable but the customer service is terrible. For the last couple of months, I've noticed that a lot of messages are sent via Twilio but they don’t appear on textline! The zapier integration has also been out of order for more than 10 days. My entire business relies on webhook and zapier. I wasn’t even informed that the system was malfunctioning. Spending over $2k on Google ads and finding out that for 10 days, your new leads aren’t even getting to you is just frustrating.

"User-Friendly Design with Some Gaps"
The design is pretty user-friendly, though it lacks a few essential features that need an account upgrade. Plus, it would be super handy if you could re-import Contacts with a unique tag without losing their current tags.

Textline really helped me keep my team engaged while they were off work. Even though they’re back from the COVID layoffs, I’m still using Textline to share important updates and keep the lines of communication open. It’s a fantastic way to relay info to all employees at once, making sure everyone’s on the same page.

"We really enjoy the Textline"
We really enjoy the Textline. That said, it would be great to have a delete feature since we've accidentally sent a couple of texts. When we've attempted to get help, there's no phone number available, just an email option, and even after reaching out via email, we never got a response. I'm curious to see if this review gets any attention.

"Message Status Update"
Got a message, replied, and it got sorted out. The first messenger sent a thank you, so now the message is back up and running. I’m not keen on replying again; how can I fix the message once more?

"A 5-Star Rating Awaits with a Few Tweaks"
I'd totally rate this a 5 if there was a way to see which link or page on our site folks are texting from. You could easily set this up with a cookie on our pages that gets sent over when people reach out via text. Also, it’d be great if the 'text us' button only popped up when we’re actually online, and maybe offer an email option for when we’re off the clock.

I gotta say, the service is solid and does exactly what I require. However, I’d point out that the user interface could use some tweaks, especially in these areas:
[1] Filtering conversations
[2] Data analysis features
[3] Integration with close.io CRM
I’m open to chatting more about these points, but overall, I’m quite pleased with the product and have already suggested it to my coworkers.

"Issues with web sync and sluggish Android app"
The web version has syncing problems. I find myself refreshing the page manually around 60% of the time just to get new messages to show up.
As for the Android app, it takes forever to start and load. Honestly, it’s often faster to grab my laptop, boot it up, log in, open textline, and refresh the page than to deal with this app.

"Textline is just what I needed..."
Textline is just what I needed to discover after searching for ages. Clients and prospects can be slow to reply to phone calls and emails, but I see a way better response rate with texts, all without sharing my personal cell number. On top of that, I can send texts right from my desktop.

This app has really cut down my time. I message a bunch of folks daily with the same or similar info. This app has caused me no issues at all. IT'S WORKING AWESOME SO FAR!!!

I really enjoy this item. Using our business phone number for texting is super handy when reaching out to our families, especially when something comes up outta nowhere. Texting gets a better response and pairs well with email.

The ability to send messages from my computer has been awesome right from the beginning. I reached out to the movers I was interested in and chatted about everything via textline. I've also communicated with another service provider through textline too. I'm really enjoying what you offer.
